Billing & Insurance
Yes. I offer direct billing to most major insurance providers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, and many others. Please bring your benefits card to your first appointment so we can set up your file.
I accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. If there is a remaining balance after your insurance submission, you can pay the difference at the end of your treatment.
You do not need a referral to see a Registered Massage Therapist. However, some insurance plans require a doctor’s note for reimbursement. Please check your specific benefits plan details prior to your visit.
Treatments & Services
For Therapeutic / Relaxation / Deep Tissue: You will undress to your comfort level (usually down to underwear) in private. You will be fully draped with a sheet and blanket at all times, and only the area being treated will be uncovered.
For RAPID NeuroFascial Reset: This is an active therapy often performed over clothing. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (like gym wear) that allows for easy movement.
Therapeutic/Deep Tissue: You may feel some “good pain” or therapeutic discomfort as we work through tight areas, but it should never be unbearable. Communication is key – I will always work within your tolerance.
RAPID NFR: This technique can be intense during the application, but the discomfort is short-lived and usually stops immediately once the movement is done.
Most initial appointments are 60 minutes, which allows time for assessment and treatment. I also offer 30, 90, and 120 minute sessions depending on your needs.

Yes, there is ample free parking available in the lot in front of the building. Enter the parking lot at #48 (parking lot is shared with Nostimo)
I require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows me to offer the spot to another client who may be waiting for treatment. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.
