Specialized RMT Services in Bradford
At WoVe MT, I provide a comprehensive range of massage therapy treatments designed to meet your unique health needs. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking stress relief, I tailor every session to ensure the best possible outcome.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I combine evidence-based techniques with a compassionate approach to help you feel your best.
Our Focused Treatment Modalities
I do not believe in a “cookie-cutter” approach to massage. One treatment plan does not fit all bodies.
My practice is built on evidence-based care. This means I combine the best available research with my clinical expertise and your specific preferences. During our sessions, I look for the root cause of your discomfort—whether it’s a postural imbalance from desk work or a restriction in your fascia—rather than just treating the symptoms.
I view our time together as a partnership. I am here to facilitate your recovery, but I also aim to empower you with the knowledge and self-care habits (like remedial exercises) to maintain those results at home.
Therapeutic Massage
Focused on treating specific medical conditions and injuries. This approach uses a combination of techniques to address the root cause of pain, improve function, and support rehabilitation.
Relaxation (Swedish) Massage
A gentle, flowing style of massage designed to reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote overall mental and physical well-being. Perfect for disconnecting from the busyness of daily life.
Deep Tissue Massage
A targeted technique that works on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is highly effective for releasing chronic muscle tension, breaking down scar tissue, and relieving “knots” in the neck, back, and shoulders.
RAPID NeuroFascial Reset
A neurologically based, active therapeutic technique that addresses chronic pain and limited mobility. RAPID NFR targets the fascia and nerve endings to quickly reset muscle tension and reduce pain signals.

What is Registered Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
Massage therapy should only be provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). An RMT is a primary healthcare provider in Ontario and anyone may visit an RMT of their choice. Massage therapy can be used as a treatment for both acute and chronic conditions. RMTs work with a wide variety of patients in the treatment of illness, injury rehabilitation and disability.
The services of an RMT are not covered under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP); however, many extended health benefit plans will cover all or part of the services provided by an RMT. A referral or prescription is not required to visit an RMT, although some insurance companies may require this.
